You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of the Philippines to open and use a crispybet account. One account per person. Identity verification may be required at any time.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit ₱100. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. crispybet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse will result in account suspension.
All games use certified RNG systems. Collusion, fraud, or any form of cheating will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds. crispybet monitors all accounts for suspicious activity.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device or method used to access the crispybet Platform, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any crispybet-branded application.
2.3 crispybet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use the crispybet Platform, you must:

3.3 crispybet does not knowingly permit minors to use the Platform. If we discover that a Player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the Account, void all bets placed, and return any deposited Funds after deducting any winnings already paid out.
4.1 Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the crispybet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of Funds.
4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. crispybet shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. crispybet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.4 You must notify crispybet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
4.5 crispybet reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any time we deem necessary for compliance purposes. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
5.1 All transactions on the crispybet Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). crispybet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
5.2 Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. crispybet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. crispybet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. crispybet aims to process GCash withdrawals within approximately 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
5.5 crispybet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which crispybet accepts no responsibility.
5.6 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the crispybet Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.7 crispybet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable law.
6.1 crispybet may offer Bonuses and promotions to Players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the Bonus is offered.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
6.3 crispybet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, any unmet Wagering Requirements will be voided and Bonus funds will be removed from the Player's Account.
6.4 Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any Player found to be abusing Bonus offers – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim Bonuses, using automated betting strategies to meet Wagering Requirements, or colluding with other Players – will have their Account suspended and all Bonus-related winnings forfeited.
6.5 crispybet reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus or Bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Bonus was claimed or used in breach of these Terms.
7.1 All bets placed on the crispybet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the Platform.
7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the crispybet system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. crispybet reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, system malfunction, or where a bet was accepted in error.
7.3 In the event of a technical failure or system error during a game or betting event, crispybet will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue fairly. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
7.4 crispybet reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for any game or market. These limits may be changed at any time without prior notice.
7.5 For live sports betting, crispybet may suspend markets at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension will stand unless voided under clause 7.2.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crispybet Platform:
8.2 crispybet employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended, all Funds frozen pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR.

9.4 crispybet reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, without prior notice to the Player.
10.1 All content on the crispybet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of crispybet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 The crispybet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of crispybet. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, crispybet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 crispybet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
11.3 crispybet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will take reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude crispybet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 You may close your crispybet Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Funds in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus funds subject to unmet Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.2 crispybet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that:
12.3 Upon termination for breach, crispybet reserves the right to forfeit any Funds in the Account, including Bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
13.1 crispybet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify Players of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered on your Account.
13.2 Amended Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 12.1.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to crispybet's customer support team for informal resolution. crispybet will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 30 days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate gaming-related complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
14.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent crispybet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
